How long will my pen last?

Every pen is the same 3ml cartridge with 12 needles; only the strength inside changes. Most are built around roughly a month of typical use, though your programme decides it.

Your body. Your response.

Skin and gut keep their own schedules and rarely the same one. Calmer skin is often noticed first while digestive comfort takes longer, and plenty of people find it the other way round.

Track the small changes

  • Skin redness and calm
  • Skin texture
  • Hair thickness
  • Digestive comfort
  • Recovery after training

What it is

KLOW is a blend of four research peptides. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide, fifteen amino acids long, with a sequence derived from a protein in human gastric juice. It has been studied mostly in animal models, in the context of tendon, muscle and gut tissue. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on thymosin beta-4, a 43 amino acid protein that occurs naturally in almost every human cell, and it is researched around cell migration and tissue repair. GHK-Cu is a tripeptide, glycine, histidine and lysine, bound to a copper ion. It occurs naturally in human plasma, and it is studied in the context of skin, wound models and hair follicles. KPV is a tripeptide, lysine, proline and valine, the last three amino acids of a hormone the body produces naturally, and it is researched around inflammation in skin and gut models. The four are combined in one pen. None of this describes an outcome for anyone. It describes what the material is and where it has been studied.

What is in the pen

One pen holds 80mg of peptide in total, and that figure is the four compounds added together, not 80mg of each. The label does not state the split between BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV, so this page does not either. The format is the same as every pen in the range: a 3ml cartridge with 12 needles. The strength on the label is the only amount this page gives. There is one strength of KLOW, no variants, and it sits under Anti-ageing on the shop.

How it is tested

Every product in the range is tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory, and the reports are published rather than described. The ones held for this product are linked above, each named by the compound it covers, and every link goes to verify.janoshik.com, the laboratory's own domain, not to a file hosted on this site. That distinction is the whole point: a report on the laboratory's own server is a record a seller cannot edit, while a certificate hosted on a shop's own website is a picture of one. A report is evidence of identity and purity for the sample submitted, and nothing else. If you want to know what has been tested most recently before you order, ask on WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer.

Common questions

Can I collect KLOW in Marbella, or is it posted?
The stock is held in Marbella. Message the WhatsApp number on this page and collection in person or delivery along the coast is arranged in the same conversation, usually the same day when it is in stock locally. If KLOW shows as sold out here, the same product is generally available from the UK on the same number and ships from there.
What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?
GLOW is a blend of three peptides: BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. KLOW is the same three with KPV added as a fourth. Both are sold as pens, and on each page the What is in it section lists exactly what it contains.
Is KLOW a medicine?
No. KLOW is supplied for laboratory research use only. That is why this section explains what the peptides are and where they have been studied, and does not describe a result. If you want to know what has been tested most recently, ask on WhatsApp.

Research use only. Every product on this page is supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not a medicine. Understanding how you are responding helps when reviewing whether your programme is still right. We do not publish dosing amounts; any change to dosing should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
